"I have been volunteering for different events and causes most of my life. I love giving back and the feeling of helping others. As I look back on all my experiences, without a doubt my best volunteer experiences have been during the events that Ivan and the Best Seat in the House have hosted. I have known Ivan for over 4 years now, and I can honestly say that I thought I was a good person until I met him. He cares so deeply for the causes he supports, and that shows through the amazing events he puts on. One of my favorite experiences happened about 2 years ago. Ivan wanted to do something special for his birthday so he decided to throw a party for the families and children living at the Ronald McDonald House in Salt Lake City. He spent countless hours preparing for the night, and gathered volunteers to come and dress up as Disney royalty. The part that I remember most is he asked that anyone who might be thinking of getting him a present to donate the money they would be spending on a present to the house. That is just the kind of person Ivan is: selfless, caring, loving, and dedicated to making the world a better place."

"Every time I see Ivan’s name pop up on my phone, I know that he will be asking me to be part of something special. Ivan is the “real deal” and truly loves the people he serves. This guy really wants to make a difference and works way too hard to be doing this just for the praise. With every event he exhausts all his resources to make it a truly unique experience for those he is serving. I saw Ivan’s empathy for humanity from day 1 of volunteering and will consider him a friend and a fellow advocate for the underdog for life."

Thank you so much for always making it so I can get out and do fun things with my boys that I wouldn’t be able to do. They are growing up so fast. I am trying to soak in as many memories as I can. Hi, my name is Michael and I’m 11 years old and my sister has a rare brain disorder. Because of that, she is severely handicap. I want to take the time to thank you cause my family doesn’t have much money and because of my sister’s condition we don’t leave the house much to keep her safe from diseases. But thanks to you we get to do a lot of fun things together that we never thought we could. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!
